Replacing Trane Heat Pumps

Trane

About Trane Vertical Stack Water Source Heat Pumps

Trane manufactures a wide variety of HVAC products and has many different heat pumps for all kinds of applications from single-family home to high-rise residential. Trane refers to their vertical stack line as the Axiom™ Vertical Stack Water Source Heat Pump. The most common are the GET models which come in both an A and a B series depending on the manufacturing date. The GET line up comes in a variety of sizes/capacities from 0.75 Tons to 3 Tons.

Trane is one of North America’s largest HVAC suppliers with manufacturing locations throughout the continent.

Trane relies on a network of dealers and service providers to sell and maintain their heat pumps. So if you’re ordering a Trane unit, it will pass through multiple people before being installed in your home.

Replace Trane Heat Pumps with Unilux RHP

Unilux RHP manufactures a replacement solution designed to completely replace Trane GET series vertical stack heat pumps.

The process starts by removing the existing equipment from the cabinet. Unilux RHP removes the old Trane chassis, controls and blower/motor assembly. Next, the new blower/motor assembly and controls are mounted inside the cabinet. Finally, the new chassis is slid into place, connected and fully commissioned.
